Hi 
! I’m a product designer with over 10 years building digital products for large organizations. I’ve worked across different industries (telco, logistics, fintech and retail), refining how to move between design, product and technology for each one.
Over the past few years I’ve incorporated AI in different ways, from day-to-day support to designing and organizing agent architectures and integrating them into work processes.
Although my foundation is design, I’m increasingly interested in understanding products from a business perspective. My various studies have opened the way I think, and that has changed how I analyze and approach every challenge.
