Product strategy • agentic layer
Convergence of deprecated IT platforms into a single ecosystem, with an agentic layer that detects and acts.
01
The organization operated three internal deprecated platforms, each with a different purpose for managing applications and IT infrastructure. The three coexisted without real communication or integrated visibility.
One was the infrastructure inventory, with more than 10K servers and all assets associated with each application. Another was the application governance — the official catalog where each application existed formally, with its compliance controls, owners and lifecycle. The third was the gateway to production: every change to a live system went through there.
Although the information existed, it was fragmented across systems that didn’t talk to each other. Critical risks depended on someone manually reviewing a report to be detected: obsolete infrastructure, compliance gaps and incomplete decommissions were discovered months later, only when an audit arrived.
02
I started with the goal of documenting the current state, designing the convergence proposal and structuring the business case. I didn’t know these systems beforehand, I built that knowledge from scratch, rigorously and systematically.
I conducted and analyzed in-depth working sessions with the team. I processed the material to extract real pain points, flows, gaps and opportunities layer by layer, until I understood the full lifecycle of an application.
I built the reference blueprints that centralize architecture, modules, actors, stakeholders and gaps the first signals of where to integrate AI and convergence.
I documented the current flow of the most important processes in an application’s lifecycle and redesigned them with an agentic layer.
I designed the convergence as a unified ecosystem that replaces the deprecated platforms, with change management integrated by API and an agentic layer of 4 specialized agents.
03
I identified and documented 6 critical use cases from the application lifecycle, each in its current state and redesigned with agentic integration. For each one I built the complete flow and a Service Blueprint with actor swimlanes.

04
Four specialized agents turn manual monitoring into a system that detects, notifies, assigns and escalates on its own.
The platform solves the data problem. The agents solve the problem of action.
Understanding a technical system means knowing what to ask and how to turn that into decisions.
